Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your She Is subscription at any time, in one step, using the "Manage subscription" link in any receipt email, or by writing to khrystyna@totraction.com. After cancellation you will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

If you are not happy with your first month, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Renewal payments are not refunded for partially used months, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error (for example, charged twice), contact us and we will fix it and refund the incorrect charge.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
