Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of websites, content and subscriptions offered by CallToTraction, Inc. ("we", "us"), including the She Is members club (the "Service"). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
2. Subscription and billing
The Service is a monthly subscription priced at $9.99 per month (plus applicable taxes). Your payment method is charged at purchase and automatically every month on the same date until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next billing period.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time through the billing link in your receipt email or by emailing khrystyna@totraction.com. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Access and use
Your membership is personal. You may not share your access, or copy, resell or redistribute members-only content. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms or abusive behavior toward other members.
5. Content and affiliate links
Content is provided for general information and inspiration only and is not financial, legal, medical or other professional advice. Some posts contain affiliate links; we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. Products are sold by third-party retailers, not by us.
6. Intellectual property
All content in the Service belongs to CallToTraction, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the Service before they take effect.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which CallToTraction, Inc. is incorporated and applicable US federal law.
